Return Policy

With our system you are buying the prints directly from the artist who will receive 100% of the price you pay, less the card handling, printing and postage costs. We hope that you will love our artist's prints but if you are not entirely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your print for a full refund or replacement.

Returns policy:

Contact us via phone or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

As soon as we receive your request, we'll send a returns form and step-by-step instructions on how to return your order. If the print was received faulty or damaged we will pay the postage costs.

Repack the item in the original packaging it came in and enclose the returns form with it – please note the print must be in the original condition you received it in.

Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund you. In the event that you have changed your mind we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge of 20% from the refund. If an item has been made specifically to order we will only refund or replace in the event of damage or fault.

We process all refunds within 28 days.

We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

If you are a business customer our '30 day guarantee' does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit.

We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
